Small Items
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receiving an order, ensuring a prompt and efficient delivery experience.
Shipping Method:
- We use a reliable tracked courier service to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
Delivery Times:
- Individual delivery times can be found on each product page, but most small items are delivered within 5 days.
- Please note that for orders being shipped to Northern Ireland, the delivery time may be extended to approximately 10 days.
Track Your Order:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to keep an eye on your delivery's progress and estimated arrival time.
Furniture Items
For our valued customers ordering large items, we provide a specialised delivery service to ensure the safe and efficient arrival of your purchases. Here's a summary of our large item delivery process:
Delivery Service:
- In England and Wales, we use a 2-man delivery service for large items to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- In Scotland, we strive to use a 2-man service wherever possible; however, in some areas, a palletised delivery may be necessary.
- For Northern Ireland customers, delivery is possible within 10 working days and will be delivered on a pallet to your doorstep.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure they can accommodate deliveries from our 2-man couriers. We are unable to offer specified day deliveries.
We ask that you check your items upon delivery, as our drivers will assist you in inspecting the goods. Drivers are unable to complete the delivery without your approval, so if you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, please reject them at this stage. Return delivery charges may be applied if you accept a damaged item. Original packaging must be retained for any returns.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery in England and Wales typically takes between 10-20 working days.
- For customers in Scotland, please be aware that delivery can take up to an additional 10-15 days in some areas.
- Northern Ireland deliveries usually take 10 working days.
Northern Ireland Requirements:
- Customers in Northern Ireland are required to obtain an XI EORI code prior to receiving delivery. This is necessary for customs clearance purposes.
Assembly Services
To further enhance your shopping experience and provide added convenience, we offer assembly services for select items in England and Wales. Here's what you need to know about our assembly services:
Availability:
- Assembly services are available for specific items that may require assembly upon delivery.
- If the service is available for the item you've chosen, you will be presented with the option to add assembly services during the checkout process.
How It Works:
- Simply select the assembly service option at checkout, and our professional team will take care of the rest.
- Upon delivery, our skilled technicians will not only deliver your item but also assemble it for you, ensuring it's ready to use and perfectly set up in your desired location.
Please note that assembly services are currently only available for customers in England and Wales. We are continually working to expand our services to better accommodate all of our valued customers.

Access:
Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that any orders will fit through doorways, stairwells and staircases. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery who can advise. A re-delivery charge will need to be applied should our team need to return or use more specialist equipment than the standard two-man crew.
Missed Deliveries:
For all 2-man deliveries, our couriers will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time. This will be a 2-4 hour time slot, where someone will need to be available at the delivery address to receive the item. Should this agreed time slot be missed, there will be a redelivery charge for your order.
Cancelled Deliveries:
For all 2-man deliveries, if the order is cancelled after the item has shipped, there will be a delivery charge applicable to the cancellation. This charge will be be different for every order, but will be equal to the logistics costs we have incurred.
